Hahaaa, Water has something called hydrogen bonds between the oxygen molecules and the hydrogen. Its mainly because of loan pairs. These bonds are extremly weak and are just about enough to keep a pond skater afloat. When it spins not only would gravity break these bonds but the sentrifugal force would send the water in every direction. Its fake.

@icarusforde ou forget that to even have a chance of this being physically possible he would need a pretty good size hole in the bototm of the cup to prevent the cup from pulling the water up with it and breaking the surface tension. No amount of twisting is going to magically put air into the bottom of the cup.
