I saw their facebook page a few months ago and said "meh... another band." Then just today I heard the ipod version of this. I regret not listening earlier. But you can understand why.. music has been so shitty lately and I didn't want to be disappointed again. I'm happy to say I can finally add a new band to my iPod. This reminds me of the great music of the 80s - a hook you can replay over and over again and not get tired of it. That is the sign of a Great Song. I hope other bands follow suit

The subway version has nice recordings of the instruments and some software that aids the singer's voice, so it's natural that it sounds better there, it doesn't mean they're better on the iPhone, it's just that when it's live, musical instrument's recordings sound a bit worse and there's nothing aiding the vocals, so they're not as clean.
