I will never understand how this was an upset. Dallas matched up horribly with Golden State. I had barely followed the NBA, and I knew that the seeds didn't matter because Golden State's style made it nearly impossible for Dallas to beat the Warriors.

@TheReeeeeech incorrect, this was the third time an 8 seed team defeated a 1 seed. It happened in 1994 when Denver defeated Seattle, then the Knicks did it to the Heats in 1999. Some say that the 1999 defeat wasn't monumental being that the 1998-99 season was shortened due to a lockout. I think it's going to happen again this year. San Antonia looks like it can't go over the Grizzlies.

To be fair, the 2007 Warriors were the first to defeat a 1 seed in the best of 7.

As a mavs fan I have to admit, Warriors= Mavs Kryptonite. If it wasn't for this team, the Mavs would of most likely won the championship. I know it sounds stupid since the Mavs lost to the 8th seeded warriors, but it goes so much deeper than that. The Mavs win 67 games that season and go 0-3 against the warriors. The year before, Mavs go to the finals and go 1-3 against the warriors in the regular season. It was just a terrible match-up for the Mavs.
