Every time I do rear delt flies My chest tighten up and feels like a Charlie horse in my chest. It's so painful. Plss help me what I'm I doing wrong. My chest locks up
Hey Ray, I am from EU, one question, non of the guys in your gym is using TOWELLS ? In the USA you do SPORT without having the towells so you train on the sweat of others? I do not appreciate that at all. And you ?

@joe10081 lol relax for your mid back you can do t bar rows, or v bar pulldowns, and for your lower back you can do deadlifts. you can also do rear dealt flys and shrugs for your upper back.

Forgive my ignorance, but are those dumbells your doing lateral raises with 30lbs per dumbell or 30lbs on each side of the dumbell, making it 60lbs on each hand?
You have so many different machines, over here in the UK most gyms are so crap. They try to keep a certain clientele so they don't put in Heavy weights or even a bench press with olympic bar , etc. Anyway you guys are looking like beasts! Always watch your vids before I go training.

I love the idea of creating your own routine. For me conventional routines just doesn't sit well with me mentally and physically. For me back and biceps don't mix, shoulders and triceps needs its own day, and legs is a lone wolf.
@jblove53 back and tris is good cus ur tris r 100% fresh after back . if u did chest b4 tris ur tris would be fatigued. chest and bis the same. shoulders and legs. the same. its a great split.
