in germany the tram tracks are either build right between two lanes if it's double track or at the very right of a street if it's single track.

I'm moving to Portland (like everyone else) eventually. So when I move there, I am now learning not to park anywhere in downtown, because I can't parallel park to save my life! I'll just take the bike. It's much easier to find a place to lock my bike than find a place to park anyways. Especially in Oregon, with the millions of bike racks everywhere.
