Dude, I beat every single battle in the arena during the story mode, but I still don't have the costume. Do I need to beat in Hard as well as Normal? If so, do I also have to beat it in Extreme?

you have to earn enough salvus in total (counted from all matches in the game) + all the diffrent salvus you can make in the game

i think you get it when you pass the whole game,dont need hard mode,i think its unlocked when you pass the normal.after,on the main menu you press choose battle,and then there should be written gorilla costume.well hope that helped,unless you already know that

Con le monete che raccoglie Ottaviano, credo. Poi ricevi le potenti armature se raggiungi 300mila e 800mila raffiche. Con le monete di Ottaviano puoi comprare anche costumi per mimetizzarti. Li vendono i mercanti nella città. Ma non sono amrature. Sono solo costumi.
