How to use Photoshop Brush Settings

When i change to pen pressure theres like a warning sign next to it :/

Mine doesnt change to like those sketchy brush .. it stays the same like the normal ones.. please help :/ what did i miss..?

Very nice tutorial dude, thanx for sharing. I've been attempting to create a brush that I intend to use for hair but have a small problem as it paints in a spray like manner rather than a smooth paint brush manner can I change this simply? Thanks for your time :D

You need a preshour sensitiv tablet in order for pen preshour to work, it sucks I know.

Um.. even if I use "pen pressure", it won't give me that nice sharp point at the end of the stroke, and I have a wacom tablet...
