  • 5.29 Its also near the end of The Mask of Zorro ! Lets face it its not really original ! xD

  • @M1ddy hahaha its his signature...in almost all of the films he has done! yes he done the music for Zorro! this track is great....i used to skip to the end but now just sit back and relax for 6:48!

  • 6:00 ... shivers

  • pausing anywhere after 5:29 should be illegal! :-D

  • 5:20 to end makes me feel like im a legend XD

  • from 5:20 to 6:48 sounded in the movie Enemy at the Gates when the child is hanged, right?

  • I cry a lot in this part of the movie, was sooo sad :'(

  • I also love the music that starts playing when jake is destroying the giant white bomber plane in the final battle

  • When I watched the scenes in avatar where the music from 5:29 comes in, it affected me so much that I started crying ( in a good way ).

  • 5:29 and on would go great with some epic slow motion war scene, or some gigantic war plane being shot down and just seeing cars and tanks rolling off of it into some burning city or some shit..

    Yeah. That'd be epic. :D

  • @PriorityOfVengence I'm having the same view of this moment O.O

  • @555misio It fits, doesn't it?

I mean, it could be called Final Dawn, and it could be set in ww3, and you've got some gigantic high tech war carrier, with 100's of tanks n bombs on board, n loads of fighter jets firing missiles at its engines, with some close up scenes of the jets shootin their main machine guns, n the setting could be a stormy sunset, with a blood red sky and a golden sun hidden behind the clouds with air raid sirens n rising smoke from the city, like, london, near big ben..

  • @PriorityOfVengence Lul yeah.

  • 6 people are not navis, theyre nazis

  • 5:20 to 6:48 is the best, but it is reali sad

  • similar type of music in troy - temple of posiedon

  • James Horner used some of his music from The Land Before Time at 5:30... js

  • I love this moment 4:10-6:48

  • My heart was racing when I first saw this movie. I think this is my favorite movie.

  • I liked Trudy before this song was onO_O

  • thumbs up if you came for 5:29 on

  • @plaitnuman

Yes, this is the most wonderfull part !

  • @plaitnuman In the movie you hear singing troughout that part. Why is it not here?

  • @plaitnuman lol, that's my least favorite part xD I dunno why; I just like the beginning better.

  • @plaitnuman best bit-makes me cry

  • this is my marching show this year... epics

  • I like the music at 5:59...

  • we played this song in our high school orchestra.... i never saw the movie, but hearing the soundtrack makes me shiver.....

  • @XxMinka Playing it in band. We sound epic. ;)

You should really see the movie. The CGI is, for lack of a better word, breathtaking.

  • @NecromanceDance haha i most deffinantly will :D

i love youre user name, by the way

  • i think the saddest part is the end where everyone gets injured or dies i cried in the movies when rogue 1 went down D_X

  • @Akatsukifan3 spoiler!!!

  • @XxMinka are you really saying im a spoiler if you havent seen this movie yet there must be somrthing seriously wrong with you i seen it in the theaters 5 times and own a collectors edition dvd with 2 hours of bonus content and deleted scenes put into the movie and im picky.....and your telling me you havent seen it once -_-

  • @Akatsukifan3 nope not yet :D

  • @XxMinka that deserves a troll face XD

  • @XgamerevolutionX awww X'l

  • 234 Navi's screamed...

  • love the music from 5:20 to 6:48

  • @cool98able

    Part from The Perfect Storm

  • 5 people are destroying home trees

  • There's a lot of messages from this movie and the animation, as well as the music, are very well created. I really do have pity for the people that can't get past the "It's Pocahontas in space" phase. Unfortunately, that includes my own father -.-

  • Amazon will not let you purchase this song unless you buy the whole album:/ is there anywhere else i can find this one song?

  • @cheesypoo73 try going on to google and typing in free youtube to mp3 converter and click on the first link you see, then download the link and there you go. after you download it just copy the url link of the youtube video song that you want to have and paste the link where it says to, and voila you have your song to drag on to ur itunes or whatever you have! it is legal and i use it all the time for songs i cant find anywhere else! your welcome :)

  • @zakiemon Actually, alot of movies use that general half-step pattern for that kind of emotion. It most likely originated from Rachmaninov's Symphony No.1 though.

<< right at the beginning, you can hear it :D

  • Learning this in bandd . Maaaaan is it awesome :) Really good movie, and music too !

  • Ok, so the part that starts at 5:42 sounds a lot like a song that was used towards the end of Seven Pounds. Is it the same song or is it the same artist?

  • this scene in the movie really reminded me of 9/11 only avatar style!

  • this isn't about the native Americans and Europeans. this movie (if u watch the special features) is about whats going on in south America as Brazil develops its asking the people who have lived off the land for generations to get out there way. he made movie as a tribute to them and used a lot of his profits to fight this movement in Brazil.

  • Ughh it's wasn't just about Native American geeesh .. The movie is talking about basically any Indigenous peoples around the globe!

  • The beginning reminds of me the Titanic sinking soundtrack....

  • Man kind take things to far to get there way.

  • It is more like what the Europeans did to Africa than what they did to America.

  • In this movie, was anyone able catch the similarities with a certain country's political veiws? Hmmmmm...?

@lucy13039 ikr? and besides, who dislikes a music track this great?

@Noobkilla99786 cant wait for the second! :D

  • In this movie, was anyone able catch the similarities with a certain country's political veiws? Hmmmmm...?

    @lucy13039 ikr?

@Noobkilla99786 cant wait for the second! :D

  • Most movies have it so easy to guess what happens next!

"Oh that tree will never fall!"

    *BOOM*

    *Tree falls over*

    :O

I loved this movie, because its unpredicatable for the first time, and just awesome. Best movie ever, teaches humans if we ever do this to others, they will kick our ass.

  • @Noobkilla99786 well if you know the history of the native americans then i guess it isnt so unpredictable.

  • @liamdudeeee Well yes i know this is based off of what the Americans did to the Indians by invading them, and taking all the land, and colonizing the areas.

  • 4:33...reminds me of people running away from the collapsing World Trade Center.='(

  • Comment removed

  • the part of the song that hits me is 5:20 to the end

  • 5:20 Wargasm

  • this song starts speaking to me after

    4:34 and so on...ESPECIALLY

    6:00 AND THE REST!

  • You have to admit, the beginning to middle is slightly weak, but at 5:15 and onwards, it makes up for it all.

  • 4 people couldnt tame the red dragon

  • My highschool band is playing this and it sounds bad ass.

  • @Humberto4790 me to what band you in. im in lumberton

  • @yana212 Reagan band in houston.

  • @Humberto4790 Christ I bet it does!!!!

  • Everytime when I close my eyes when the part at 5:24 kicks in, I can see the Home Tree burning down right in front of me. Really gives me goosebumps and also reminds of the thing I hate about humanity: the constant greed we have.

  • 4:11 onwards is sad

  • 5:27 the most emouvant

  • we are the destroyers of humanity and nature its silly how pathetic we can be without realising watching avatar really made me think how hard and painfull it must be to be an animal

  • 5:13 to 5:19 reminds me so much of Titanic.

  • jake

  • 5:32 onwards. so sick

  • @fokomom123

From there onward just chills you to the core. I agree it's just damn good.

  • James Horner knows how to make a soundtrack!

  • im playing this for band, tons of rythem changes

  • First round is on me tonight... Lets buggy

  • awesome everytime i hear thios musik i have to cry it is just so amazing

  • i am avatar nut, this is pure gold to me!!

  • موسيقى روووووووووووووعه في فيلم أروووووووع

  • @themiz34i Thats Trudy, my favorite character because of her attitude, and that is her best line, "I didn't sign up for this shit"

  • I loved the Corporation/Marine Veterans/Americans in this movie makes me feel so badass, The soldiers had a alot of pride they should paint the confederate flag and the american flag on the side of their helicopters. TO ARMS!!TO ARMS!!!

I saw that tree fall down I was like

    WINNING

  • @LeonSKennedyUNP

Your mad fanaticism for your home country is the cause of your disregard for humanity and basic compassion. How could you see a group of invaders taking the home of natives and killing them by force for what they want and still not shad a tear (if you are not a troll)?

  • @quizzisation because that wasn't their fucking intention dude, they tried diplomacy and jake sully told them to move at very last second. the soldiers were only focusing on the damn tree, yea sure they wanted a war but that kind of attitude is common.

  • @LeonSKennedyUNP

Intention doesn't matter, if they kill innocent sentient beings, then they are wrong (hopefully we can agree on that.) They killed the Nav'i, warriors, women, children alike. They destroyed their home, so they are wrong.

  • l o v e the ending.

  • press 8 to get to the 525 part

  • @satellitejr to get to a minute on a video u have to put the minute 5, then this:, then the second 25

  • really enjoyable movie but i really do hate when people look into it so deeply saying its the best film of the decade and james cameron is a visionary. hello? this story and message has been done many times before. please stop getting so emotional over it

  • @roloug95 well how it was done was kinda the thing that people like and i of course saw alot of emotion in this movie

  • best movie theater experience I have ever had

  • That part from 5:25 sounds a little bit like in ,,Troy,,

  • @lucy13039 yes you´r right

  • Gosh the 3 people who disliked this, don't know what a real movie is...

  • @lucy13039 its 5 people now

  • the only reason some dont like this movie is because na'vi sounds like natzi or whatever its called, some non smokers dont like grace smoking, and its not "kid friendly" with the cursing and the kissing scene. im 13 and was 11 or 12 when it came out, i think its one of the best movies ever.

  • ich liebe Avatar und James Hornor ist einfach der beste Interpret für alle Filme vor allem Titanic *schmacht*

  • all intelligent species fight. realistically, the WARRIOR navis most likely fought battles with rival tribes and each other. iow, they were no better than humans.

  • 5:25 is the part that nearly made me cry :'(

  • Yes. I agree with all of you on this one. In the movie theater, I was just sitting there casually watching the home tree getting destroyed.

But then the music started exactly at 5:25. I have never cried to much watching a movie.

  • 5:25 "Sooner or Later, we all have to wake up" :( This is the best theme song, and the scene almost made me cry, it was PERFECT drama.

  • I feel ashamed to be human...

  • @Joltstorm684

I only ever creid watching two movies. Bambie and Green Mile. This scene made me cry again!

  • @Sorayn I cried at The Green Mile as well! It's so sad but I like Avatar better I think because it's so magical.

  • @Joltstorm684 im with ya on that one. what im thinking is that we will destroy someone elses home and think nothing of it but when it happens to us we get all pissed off and have to kill all of them

  • @blackironfire13 EXACTLY thank you! someone who has sense. this movie is probably portraying the human race correctly for once, not like star trek where the humans r peaceful.

  • @bennie128 thanks.....frist time i was told i had sense XD lol and on the star trek one i agree with that to

  • @blackironfire13 yea especially if the aliens visit sometime soon then they will see what the human race(most) is like what with all the riots and stuff happening

  • @bennie128 the advanced intel aliens most likely were no different. that's why they left their home planet. XD

  • @bennie128 the original day the earth stood still was better. misanthropic humans like you also commit suicide.

  • @punishalltrolls riiight because im misanthropic im gunna commit suicide?

  • @bennie128 Settle down kid, that's not what he was saying.

  • @blackironfire13 i had more sympathy for the D9 prawns than these blue hippies. that's how un-engaging avatar was.

  • @punishalltrolls D9? and what do you mean un engaging? it was still a cool movie

  • 5.25 Let the crying commence! Oh my gosh I cried like a baby at this part of the movie. I never cry at movies but this was terrible. I was pretty much embarassed and ashamed to be a human.

  • That scene really made me cry. The message in this film is that you can't just take whatever you want by force.

  • @TheNewEmphinix Actually it shows you the results of taking something by force for your own greed..

  • @TheNewEmphinix

not only just that. but yes it contains it.

  • @TheNewEmphinix but what about the guy in BOrat? One day he break loose and .... 'he get'

  • @TheNewEmphinix - Well the sad reality is that isn't completely true. The Spaniards conquered the Aztecs for their gold, the USA drove the native Americans from their land, and the British conquered the Zulu for the diamond mines. Human history is just full of love isn't it? - Love for God, Love for Gold, Love for Land, Love for Country, Love for Oil etc.

  • @TheNewEmphinix That isn't just the only message this movie tried to send to it's viewers. The american people did this to the natives of this land. We took everything sacred from them just as they did to the martians.

  • @TheNewEmphinix - "You just can't take what you want by force"? Ethically is is wrong but history has shown people have been able to take what they wan't by force. Rome over the Barbarians, Spain over the Aztecs, USA over the Native Americans and Mexicans, British over the Zulu and Chinese. It has repeated time and time again. In the end its how badly you want it that will determine a takeover by force. Its very sad but true.

  • @TheNewEmphinix True... that's what i learnt too... Well i was glad those pathetic airships didn't work out very well at the last battle :D

  • 5:25 looks like "enemy at the gates"

  • @MaitreMorgoth2 word yo it sounds mad similar

  • "I didn't sign up for this shit!"

Trudy Chacon, secret Hero of the film. If she hadnt made the decision to free Jake and the others, the RDA would've won.

  • At the end from 5:25 is so Sad! and the music goes so perfectly with it!! UGGGH! genius

  • @pianorocksyeah 5:25 forward is really just a rehash of what Horner did for the soundtrack of Troy.

  • while listening this i remember watching the film for first time....i was really upset from this genial music !!!!

  • That last part tears my heart into a thousand pieces. <'3 So fantastic!

  • i swear the horn bit at 5:42 or so is from another film done by James Cameron

  • @LittleFazer I swear I just heard it in The Perfect Storm!!!

  • @kph123 and in willow and in enemy at the gates and in troy.. the same song but changes a little from James horner.. hes fuckin lazy thats what he is,.,.

  • @LittleFazer Probably is there are a couple of songs from this soundtrack the James did on prior films like Apocalypto

  • 6. Minute.........

    Gänsehaut pur

  • i miss the version in the movie with the singing voice....

  • @Zenithise shutting down graces lab.

  • in the last minute of the them does that particular part have its own video

  • when it cums to 6:00 it hurts..and hats off to james horner for good music

  • this soundtrack's elements are a little warmed-over...

compare fragment 5:36 (trills) of this video and 1:38 (guess what... TRILLS) of this: youtube.com/watch?v=Su2MZlUaqD8&playnext=1&list=PL4131470F466D1D12&index=35

the same composer - James Horner, nothing original. :/

  • @omg13fuck well............ the same composer is gonna use the same basic style, no matter what he makes so............kinda to be expected.

  • @omg13fuck if something sounds beautiful and t effective why not use it again, he's an amazing composer

  • i love this when it gets to 5:25

  • If you watch this part in the movie, it symbolizes 9/11.

  • @secretsith28 9/11? I think not. More like the American Indians. I'm sure Marlon Brando would have had a lot to say about this movie.
