man u pump the gun with the hand pump starting from 1000 psi and u only use 6 shot

and u start with the airhog from 2700psi and u shot 6 how that works .

ummm.. Anybody else notice that it only took 25 pumps to get to 200 bar ? After 25-30 pumps the perssure never goes beyond 200. Maybe I'm missing something? It looks like there's an automatic safety valve that opens up when reaching 200bar. So he could have pumped a thousand times if he wanted to.

Thank you for your complement! Most air compressors only go up to approximately 180 psi. You will need 3,000 psi. Suggest you look at the AirHog Supreme. If you are strong and like a work-out, look at the Hill Pump... Dirt E. Harry

What happened to the count between 61 and 63, I think he skipped a count.

But I will give credit for using a piece of wood for an advantadge to push pump. i would not have thought of this, because this is not how the pump is designed.

OR you could just buy the new FX independence - a PCP rifle with an advanced pump built in. It uses a lever to operate the pump, so pumping is easy and you can throw that lump of wood away !

Hai Dirt E Harry, I need some advise of buying a PCP hand pump.

What's the best or durablest PCP hand pump for intensive using for Golden Saver (big air tank). Ussualy I shoot hundreds pellet in once week end Shooting. There are some brand FX, Hill, Gehmann, Axsor, ect, I don't know what's better to my purposing use.

I have a 300bar on my Dominator 1250 FX pro.

It takes bout 220 pumps (THAT is not easy-work)

and it says on the instructions to STOP after 150 pumps

to let it cool of...

On the other hand, I get bout 85shuts at 1000fprplus

i bought a gunpower which is scottish version of the airforce rifles.also bought the pump,like to plink a lot and now have upper torso that looks like something out of the film 300 yeeehaaaa happy days

the thing is the air tank of a air force is huge like 450 cc many other guns have just 200 something cc's and that's much easier to fill and faster, I'm getting 40 shoots in the 900 fps (14.3 gr pellet) from my marauder, and need around 75 pumps to fill it from 2000 psi to 3000 psi( with a good pump)

Nice comparison...the AirHog definitely reigns supreme. Unfortunately for me there are no places near that refill scuba tanks so the pump is my only option. :(
