Some things r wrong in this video:
1) the cop's racist attitude
2) the driver's going too fast
3) American commentators who think that going 98mph is endangering anybody on all these American godforsaken highways. Most of theses roads just go straight ahead for hours. Honestly, overtaking on both sides permitted is far more dangerous than violating the speed limit....
Chances r that I'm somewhat prejudices being German, but I've also lived in the States for 9 months, so I'm not a hater ...

If the cop was giving a warning to someone driving 100 I would expect the warning to be pretty damn strong.
Yes I know what the autobahn is. Having a limitless road in your county is not an affirmative defense for excessive speed in ours. Even if he can safely drive at those speeds, you cannot assume others can react to sudden excess speed.

Yes, it is an affirmative defense. Being from a more open place that allows for those speeds, and then unintentionally breaking the law here, IS defensible.
This cop has NO right to speak to him like this under ANY circumstances. The second the cop learns he's from another country, he starts to threaten him and treat him like shit, because he knows he can get away with his abuse of power.
And that's exactly what the cop did, abuse his power.

If the Police Officer is pissed off then he has the legal right to write a ticket. This type of trash talk only gets people upset and under-minds the concept of law.
