As far as the choppiness of the video, try lowering the file size of your video before uploading it to youtube. I had that trouble when I was still making videos, namely with "Louie Louie."

I'm not sure how to do it with the program you're using, but normally the selection comes up when you go to save it. Unfortunately, the way I use for finding the best file size is saving it a TON of times with different formats.
