that guy playin guitar is named Steve Kidwiller.
He used to play guitar for nofx round the late 80ies / early 90ies. ( Hefe joined in 1991 )
afaik this was on one of their 25th anniversary shows at Music Box at the Henry Fonda Theater.
Dave Casillas showed up there also and played a few songs.
