I only mentioned her hair because that was something I went through personally on my journey. I lost my son and I shaved my head in grief. People do it for different reasons. I thought maybe she took a nazarite vow which is a time of consecration to the Most High. At the end of the time the locks are shaven and given as an offering. I don't know if she did that. I was just wondering. Maybe she just wanted to cut her hair. Either way I could relate that's why I mentioned it.

I held a small still voice in my spirit leading me to shaven locks. Thank you so much for bringing light to my experience. This is confirmation of God's call to His people. I did regret it and it is shameful for women to do that... except if it's for a big chop or a nazarite vow then that's something different. I covered my head with a scarf until my hair grew long enough to wear an afro. I hope that clears it up.
