I love the way you did your baby's hair, I am so amazed at the products used. I am going to try this technique on my baby's hair,whose 4 yrs.old natural all-way. How long do you let the cream stay on hair. I just converted to natural 5 months now of 2010. I love it, I still have a ways to go...maybe 4 inches left of relaxer in hair. I didn't want to do the bigchop,kind of afraid..but I love to see the beauty of natural on others is what amazed me to go natural. tips for myself and babygirl.

I've been using the coconut creme relaxer on my permed hair for about two months and my hair has grown and become very soft and manageable. I followed your "Self-Perm" video to the letter. i saw ya las vid on ur daughters hair..i'v got soft, a lil past shoulder length hair that i wash n blow dry evry 2-3wks n wear braided or wrapped in2 a bun..i want to take a break from applying heat..ppl always think my blow dry iz a perm..im wondering if u can giv me any advice on ur method..like is it used with shampoo..do u wash it out or leav it in hair etc..lol..srry if this comes off as a bit much..i admire how u maintain ur daughters hair n i'd like to learn..blessings n guidance..

Ive been doing this treatment (with eggs & extra yogurt) mostly for protein and my hair loves it! It definitely helps with detangling and temporarily loosens curls! My hair is straight with it in LOL Thanks for the recipe!
