The video just does't do Replacements justice! If you are going through the area, be sure and stop for a tour; you will be flabbergasted. Or even make a special day trip or swing out of your way on a trip in the South. And the folks at Replacements are just delightful.

I've ordered pieces from my china pattern "Pembroke" by aynsley from this company and it was delivered to my door in perfect, I mean perfect condition and the price was reasonable too!! GREAT COMPANY!!!

One November I found their ad in the back of a magazine. I ordered replacements for my Mom's out of date china pattern as a Christmas gift. One week later the china was delivered to my home ---in time for Thanksgiving! I was astounded! Now that I see the video I can see why they are so efficient.

Wow! What a great tool this video is. I use an out of production pattern from Villeroy & Boch in my bed & breakfast as everyday dishes and I'll be using Replacements to round out my serving dishes.

I have purchased items to complete my discontinued pattern from Replacements and am very happy with the service. It is fun to check each month to see if they have any new pieces. They also "make" items that were not part of the original pattern, custom items out of the china.
