The OVA is following the Manga basically page by page. Ooohuuu so exited for OVA 4. This Anime was good, not like the manga after the second episode, and Incognito creeped me out.
I liked the Anime more than I did the Manga, mostly because the Anime developed the characters far better.
I really don't like the OVA so far, it seems more like a violence-fetish movie because of how ungracefully it uses violence (nothing is done subtly ever it seems, such as the ghouls eating human arms like chicken-legs, that's not scary, it's just gross). IMHO that is.

Well, i don't think that the violence in Hellsing is meant to be scary. I'm drawn to the OVA's much over the top nature.
