Sadly mistaken. He did release all 9 tails but Minato restored naruto and the seal to normal. Naruto found Nagato, the controller of "pain" and Nagato killed himself by reviving all the people he had killed.
He wouldn´t make a good fight. Itachi gave to Naruto a power that he hoped Naruto never used it. A power that was to stop Sasuke from becoming evil. We still don´t know what is this power. But I know it will make a huge difference.

naruto has always been stronger and would have killed sasuke if he hadnt 1 felt an attachment towards him and 2 if instead of aiming the rasengan to scratch his headband he would have aimed for the body. Sasuke is an uchiha and so can somewhat weaken the ninetails but he doesnt have the eternal magenkyo and even then naruto still has sage mode which he can now fuse with (im assuming) about one tails worth of chakra this is briefly shown in the manga.... so F@@@ sasuke and go naruto
if sasuke stayed in the village, he could've had friends, and not be wanted. also, he couldve been trained by 2 saanin instead of one, and be trained by kakashi on the sharingan, and anybody he wanted, but he stuck with orochimaru, and the only thing he gave him was clothes. can you name any teqniques he got from orochimaru? sure he got a lot stronger, but he could've done that on his own. he ended up with the cursed seal, but he loses it anyways, so i don't see the point in that.
If you've seen the new movie and some of the newer naruto shippuuden episodes, the only way that naruto even comes close to sasuke is if he sprouts a few tails, which he is now too much of a pussy to do

He wouldn´t make a good fight. Itachi gave to Naruto a power that he hoped Naruto never used it. A power that was to stop Sasuke from becoming evil. We still don´t know what is this power. But I know it will make a huge difference.

naruto has always been stronger and would have killed sasuke if he hadnt 1 felt an attachment towards him and 2 if instead of aiming the rasengan to scratch his headband he would have aimed for the body. Sasuke is an uchiha and so can somewhat weaken the ninetails but he doesnt have the eternal magenkyo and even then naruto still has sage mode which he can now fuse with (im assuming) about one tails worth of chakra this is briefly shown in the manga.... so F@@@ sasuke and go naruto

if sasuke stayed in the village, he could've had friends, and not be wanted. also, he couldve been trained by 2 saanin instead of one, and be trained by kakashi on the sharingan, and anybody he wanted, but he stuck with orochimaru, and the only thing he gave him was clothes. can you name any teqniques he got from orochimaru? sure he got a lot stronger, but he could've done that on his own. he ended up with the cursed seal, but he loses it anyways, so i don't see the point in that.
