Otaku are a race of 'only japanese' that are unemployed and dont go to school, sometimes overweight, and spend almost 90% of thier time watching anime, playing videogames and spending what little money they have on figurines and anime pillows. Comparable to a japanese NEET or Hikikomori, but with more to do with anime.
