  • You can tell that she feels SO much better after you helping her to stretch those muscles out. I work on this with my pony and it really makes a difference in how he works.

  • So glad you picked up this hard worked mare, you have a real good feel for horses that's for sure.Hope more folk will become fans of you and the rescue center.all the best .R

  • I'm curious who the horseman was that showed you, might have heard his name around. If you don't mind telling me lol maybe over facebook if you dont want to say here. Got my eye open for someone good to help me start my colt next year, but if you met him 20 years ago....

  • David, you have a very kind heart- nice to see, thanks!

  • @jett888 Thank you

  • First off good for you, volunteering at a rescue.. On the rescue side of here we have a good group of volunteers,, but here we have a worshop once a month for them. Yes this one would great for older horse's and help them .Glad you can do this one.

  • Thank you, I am new to horses and volunteer at a rescue ranch, most are companion horses only so this technique is something practical that I can do with these horses! I love all of your videos, just this one is one I can use now!

  • I use to do this alot but as years go by ,dont it as often,, but with a older horse like this it helps.. One thing I tell everyone dont get stuck doing things one way... it pays to have many things in your bag..

  • Good work! I've never seen rubbing the poll technique before. Thanks
