Good going, I can relate. Lived in CA before moving here, had free blue recycling bins curbside, mixed recycling :). No curbside pickup here at my location in Yak. I put mine into a blue-tote that fits into my lil car trunk. Take it out to Yak Waste in lower T.H.
I only generate about 1/3 of a kitchen bag per week of true garbage, if even that. Could go 3 weeks without putting out a garbabe can, but no refund for that
I take Haz. Waste to landfill facility, is free there inc. car bats
@rich0319726 I lived in Wisconsin before i moved here, they had the same thing a 1 mixed recycle bin that you put out once a week and they did'nt charge for. Thanks for the coment
