    never walk alone !!!!!!

  • magnificent tribute from teh Kille fans, well done.

  • you are probably on the wind up, but how sad can someone be? Tommy Burns was a husband and a father who just happened to play for Celtic and Kilmarnock. As a Celtic fan, from Kilmarnock, l pray for the end of bigotry, I really do. It's a cancer on us all and you should be ashamed of your comment.

  • @dpdrn69 Well I don't pray for it, but I wish for the end of Celtic and Rangers fans from Kilmarnock! No offence, but I like Ayr fans better - at least they support their local team and don't have any religious influence in the team they watch; as do real Killie fans.

  • @tammas2000 I agree. How fitting that an Irish lassie has to tell us that Tommy Burns was commemorated at Rugby Park. We already know! Is this Sectarian thing ever going to end?

I seem to remember, that for a while, Judas was his name. :-)

Still, he was a fine player and manager and is sadly missed.

  • @jc333jc Aye there was that judas muffled nonsene; but it wis unrepresentative of the vast majority of killie fans. a fine manager too! :-)

  • @dpdrn69 If you pray for an end to bigotry, why do you openly support a club fouded on sectarian ideals and still produces pure hatred to this day? Have some pride and support your local team

  • @sinisterviper you are pure scum

  • RIP tommy. Aberdeen fan here. Tommy was a genuine man of faith not one of these west coast bigots. he crossed the divide that few have managed.

  • one of the best managers killie have and will ever have. only left to go back to his home. i was lucky enough to be at cowdenbeith when we were def going up and he was so modist as we cheered him. he said it was the players and not him that done it.

we will never forget you tommy

  • Andy, that was some tribute - as a Celtic fan at the time when Tommy was at Killie - maybe I was too focused on our own problems at that time to notice the good work Tommy did with Kilmarnock. I knew he was well thought of, but obviously didn't realise just how much. RIP Tommy.

  • @andycraig75 lovely words andy tommy was a gteat man and a great football manager

  • R.I.P Tommy Loved By All (L) Celtic Legend (8)

  • Your 30 yarder (with yer right peg!) at Scumerset is still my favourite Killie goal ever! Can't believe you're gone mate ....thank you so much for everything you did for us. There will always be a wee bit o' Killie in yer soul. Take it easy now pal ...
