manaburns create pressure wich in some cases healers need to los from their partners. Also its more profitable to manaburn through a shield instead of dispelling it as it does damage equal to the shields hp and drains mana.

@maxim1ab y mana burn is used less with the combos that they face. its much more efficent to the healer to heal the partner and do damage to force the enemy healer to mass heals on their partner. its a lot more pressure too see your partner dead then you losing some mana
