i like how the Bmw deploys ALL of its Airbags During Frontal Collision. You never Know Whos Gonna Hit you Behind Or Spin Out... At 60 MPH anything could happen......
Airbags are only effective at the moment of impact, then they deflate. So in a frontal collision, only the required airbags should deploy, because in case you get T-boned a few seconds later, the curtain airbags can deploy specifically for that collision.
Curtain airbags stay deployed for 10 seconds, unlike front airbags which deflate right away. So no problem if they also deploy, especially since a little side drift often slams the drivers head against the B pillar

This is NOT a real incident - THIS IS JUST PROPAGANDA to make you believes these cars are safer then they are on street!
The floor is SMOOTH and permit to the car to slide easily dissipating more energy then if it was asphalt as it is in the streets.
They use a smooth floor to give you an idea of higher idea of safety on the one you would have on streets.
Why they use a smooth SLIDING floor instead rough asphalt as it is in the REALITY?
