This is one of the most powerful scenes in this anime because Kikyo finally found peace. For those who hate Kikyo, I understand because if I were to watch English dubbed I would have hated it too. Fortunately, I watched the entire series in its original form and it is the best way to go because the Japanese actors delivered powerful emotion in their lines of dialogue.

When Kikyos soul is passing Kagome and Kagome is saying Kikyos soul is "feeling very warm", i cannot help but think that Kikyo is giving her blessings to Inuyasha and Kagome. Forgiving everything bad in the past. In the end, Kikyo turned out to be a very warm and loving woman, with a very pure heart, as Kagome.

Kikyo was Inuyasha's first true love, it's sad she had to die, but dn't cuss me out for this,how many times she got killed and came back to life damn, but yeah their love got cut short, but don't take it out on Kagome. Remember Kagome did save Kikyo's life a couple times. Inuyasha see's something in Kagome for him to be with her, and if it was meant for them to be together naraku would have never tore them apart on the first place.
