@oooanthonyooo listen close , i was at the dyno the day it got tuned, i rode there with him and watched the entire dyno session with my own eyes, it was exactly what i said it was, if you call me a liar again i will block you from posting here. if you think i am a stranger to dynos and fast cars you are sadly mistaken and need only to watch my videos for proof. he also races with me at the same track where you see me racing in my other videos and he has ran a best time of 12.00.
@PROJustinSane i want to add also the 240 sx has ran 11.7 at the same track , the thunderbird is geared very low as you hear him say he was at red line when he lifted and the 240 was pulling away.
@oooanthonyooo it takes 300 whp to put a car that heavy into the low 12s. the car was tuned at dgrperformance if you visit a archived page on our local drag strips webs site you will see that october of 2008 matt ran a 12.4 this was before his tune and the race in this video. the documented race can be read about here wwwdotbeaverspringsdotcom/results/2008/Fri%2010-17-08.htm replace the words dot with a . to view the site.
from a standing start at the 1/4 mile it would have been a better race as the 5.0 is geared for the track and not a foot further, the 240 would still win if it got traction but not by much as the thunderbird hooks and takes off the line with no spin.
