In 1972, on 3 September, a college date made the mistake of asking me “What movie would you like to see?” I carried WUTHERING HEIGHTS under my arm in high school, read it over and again. I’d already seen TD in LION IN WINTER but not until his “Heathcliff” did I “fall in love!” During the entire film, I sat “drooling,” elbows on my knees. After the first time, I opened the theatre and closed it every night and weekend. ~ Janet
