The very first dissolve should be shorter... it's to low for too long. Needs some better focus in general, it's hard on the eyes to try to focus on a slightly blurred image. The overlay sound is difficult (attic bit), the screech is very obnoxious. It's not bad overall, I would really encourage better work on focus and sound. I guess you guys didn't have a sound person... get one, also, cinematographer probably should have been able to focus the camera, otherwise the camera isn't up to par.
