Are you using the SDK Hammer Editor for Source or the Hammer Editor for HL1 & Mods (CS 1.6) ???

well which one SHOULD i be using ?, im using a program called "Valve Hammer Editor"..i got it off of that site with all the counterstrike stuff

well you have to know for which game you want to create a map. Counter-Strike: Source (HL2 & Mods) or Counter-Strike 1.6 (HL1 & Mods). If you want to create a CSS Map use the Hammer Editor we showed in our first videotutorial. If you want to create a CS 1.6 Map just use the Hammer Editor 3.4 / 3.5 (Worldcraft). This editor works like this one in our tutorials but is a little bit different (like your problem with the player_spawn).

your(s) spawning guy(s) are big..normal size.. Mine are very small and when i play my map the guys are the same, very small... how do i fix this?

Hi emripen,

it seems to me, that your problem is that the walls are too high. Try to make them smaller. There cant be any difference between your spawn_point entity and yours. Its always the same size. ;-)
