mmkay, Gwar wasn't labeled "heavy metal" a long time ago when they first came out. They were called Horror Punk. If you listen to their older stuff you can hear the punk style guitar riffs. Honestly get your shit straight. And yes they have swayed more into the metal scene, but honestly at least they aren't like these HXC bands or whatever. This is true music. Yeah their lyrics are pretty dumb but whatever gets you to mosh right? I've loved them since i was 4 soFTW.

how is the crowd not moshing GWAR is one of the best live shows ever even play pit games with the crowd the times ive seen em all while showering everyone with, at least at the concerts I went too, 55 gallons of fake blood. By the end of their set the floor of the moshpit area was a 2 inch deep pool and you coundnt stand if you were moving and didnt fall into someone, I lost a shoe for about 10 mins lol.
