Pretty sure the convergence zone has never made it up to Boston, since it follows the latitude of right angle sunlight, the thermal maximum. But a change in the tilt of earths axis could explain this messed up globe and these hot summers, and convergence zone monsoon rains the storm destruction this season.
Okay, wtf is going on with your globe here?? You've got the tropic of cancer going through canada and the tropic of capricorn going through the middle of the US. That's not even the correct hemisphere!
