It just pisses me off that raves are so derived towards electro house now. I think electro house is garbage compared to trance and sounds like a bunch of sounds strung together that your supposed to dance on while your on a boat load of drugs ^_^

I just love trance and im seeing it being thrown out of the rave scene so fast, i rarely ever see trance played at raves anymore its sad.

Ditto, I love Trance. Everybody has different tastes when it comes to music, but Trance sounds pretty damn good. The scene isn't as good as it used to be.

@Justsmoke42O straight up brother. Aly & Fila were the only ones that really played a trance set. A&B and Armin had some in there but that was it. These guys were prob my favorite set of the night for just that reason. Beautiful music. I wish they would have played later but they were the first set to have me dancing from start to finish. So glad I finally got a chance to see them.

In my opinion above and beyond had by far the best set of the night. Seeing them play "dreamcatcher" while frying face was the most beautiful thing ive ever seen.

@Justsmoke42O my man, i promise you, trance will NEVER be gone from the rave scene or any scene. what trance does to a person at a rave can never be replaced by anything else. Trance is the original music of this "scene" and regardless of raves, Trance is just truly something else, its a pure and legit form of natural beautiful euphoria that no other style of music has.

@u4ia69 haha you must not be 21 trance is only big at the massives because most of the top dj's are trance related but other than that trance is dead in the raves but its got a huge club scene in the LA area if your 21 if your not you have no clue what your missing out on turn 21

@u4ia69 You dont get it....your thinking of regular top 40 clubs. Im talking about TRANCE clubs. You get to be right in front for the djs and everyone is all about the music instead of being all etarded not knowing the tracks....although if your a big raver an roller I suggest just going to raves, they like to keep the trance scene drug free generally

True, but despite the heat, and even though the view would've been better at night (the lasers and light work), look at it this way: the real fans came really early to see them play. It wasn't crowded during the day.
