Thanks for reinforcing a most important health issue for me. I'm still a border line case having difficulty drinking more than 32 oz a day but lately managing 48 or better. I'm aiming for 64 a day starting tomorrow. The nutritional superfood spirulina chlorella and wheatgrass in smoothies twice a day is driving up my water intake a lot I'm happy to say. But I've got sciatica which erupted in lower back, hips & both legs this June and its subsiding slowly.
last night I got up to get a bottle of water. I felt nasuous and my vision turned grey and I couldnt see anything. I got one sip down and I passed out. I smashed my nose on both shelves of the refridgerator door and woke up laying in the water I spilled with the bottle crushed under me. I felt so sick. i could barely move. I just layed there for a min. then I sat up and tried to drink more and crawled to my bed and just laid there in pain.It was so scary. so people definately drink lots of water
I got dehydrated like a yr ago I was really nauseous cudnt stand and nearly fainted now I'm like scarred and bring a watr baottle everywhere I go haha
dude i got so dehydrated the past 2 days .. my pee was so dark ugh my lips were chapped dry skin some, i guess thats severe dehydration.. i had to drink like 20 cups of water just to get my fluids back and now im sucking down gatorade.. i dunno how i got so dehydrated but it was bad good advice .. i almost went to the er today just for fluids but didn't want to get laughed at gatorade made me feel better.. the running water made me wanna pee lol i think my medicine makes me dehydrated ugh poorme
