    Didn't know the salt trick, nice to know. I don't like the flexing and scraping on the cutting board though. Bad for your knives.

  • That's cool with the 3rd method. I never thought of that. Although I'd be afraid of breaking my knife with the 4th version.

    For the record if your fingers stink rub them against stainless steel (I usually use a spoon but won't work with silver cutlery). No soap required, just water and stainless steel. :D Works every time.

  • is delicious for salm, usesing a tepan yaki spread the rice oil garlic first then salm and some lemon-jiuce on it flip twice and as last some green union rings//little\\ done=3 garlic give a tast as sour but its fresh=3
