At this point NA I-69 is old news. It was a battle lost when Clinton was president. It took another 5 years to get the EPA to show the enviormental study to congress so funding would be there. Now 4 years after that we have beginnings of cooridor anexation all along the route. With Indiana and Texas already starting construction. The map on this is wrong though. It runs from Mexico City through Detriot to Canada. With Houston, Memphis, and Indy in the cooridor.

this still proves nothing... its funny that they state the construction will begin in 2007 yet I have found no evidence of construction being started. I'd appreciate it if someone would prove me wrong with real tangible evidence. At this point Lou Dobbs video is NOT enough to convince me... he is told what to report on just like the rest of them. I highly doubt the three countries with morph into one. The European Countries all share their dollar and yet, they stay separate. I doubt any country would hand their power over to the other. All we have here is a bridge to speed up our trading and travel. If you want something slower-paced move to a more rural area away from cities and greater expansion.

Oops...I meant .05%, - as in half of 1% of Laredo's population is non-Hispanic. If you live here, you're single, and non-Hispanic, and you want to date and get married, then you're more than likely to end up dating and marrying a Mexican because that's all there is here. This city is NOT racially diverse AT ALL. You DO see white & black people here which is very rare (never have seen any Asians). But when you do see a non-Hispanic in Laredo, you can almost bet they don't live here.

I live in Laredo, Texas myself close to the intersection of Laredo St. and Cedar Ave. The footage there of the NAFTA Superhighway been built here is fake that footage is of the 3 Point Bridge that is being built to connect Zapata highway with Highway 359. The only thing happening here is that they are expanding i-35 to be 6 lanes from mile marker 7 to mile marker 13 but thats about it. No NAFTA highway happening here well not yet. When someone recently told me about the highway I honestly thought it was a conspiracy theory until I came home to look it up online, and found it on an official Texas State website.
