Simply search for 'Twist'n Shout Nightclub' on YouTube and play the three video clips of Geno Delafose and his band playing at Twist'n Shout in Bethesda, Maryland. As shown in the video clips in the 80's and 90's this nightclub was as electric as the Cajun/Zydeco clubs in Louisiana including some of my favorites such as Rock'n Bowl, Angelles' Whiskey River, Slims Y KI Ki, Giltons, Richards(RIP), ...etc, etc

I just bought a couple of Waylon Thibodeaux CD's

and it takes me back to 1993 when I went down to New Orleans for the NCAA final four basketball championships!

We spent a lot of time at live music bars listening to jazz, blues and zydeco and saw Waylon and his band and just loved them!

He has a few clips on youtube that I recently played.
