Its an Alvis Spartan, privately owned. Its one of the CVR(T) range of vehicles. Nice to drive, this one is n ex UK piece

it is not a tank in the fact that it has no turret and gun, but it is a tank in the fact that it has a armored hull and two tracks. if you were to call it it an armored troupe carrier, people might invision something with wheels, if you say tank this is closer to what they will have in mind.
