I love David Bowie(he's my favorite singer. Hands down). I really prefer the official video for "The Heart's Filthy Lesson." It's so disturbing, but it is a great production and showcases Bowie's voice. If this is a fan video, then I take my hat off to the person who made it, because it is actually quite good.

Reznor made a remix of this. I think this may actually *be* the remix. So, while Bowie was an influence on Reznor, Reznor and NIN were already established (1991) by the time this came out (1995)
