maybe he does use muscletech protien and a few of there other products, but the reson that he's able to hit a body part twice a week with that intensity is because of the juice, im not taking nething away from him, as a bodybuilder i know that steroids only compliment hard core training, dieting and just the lifestyle in general, but i am also not nieve, i understand that without the steroids no human can ever get to be this big and shredded at the same time, but i love phil heath, hes the man!!

Bodybuilders need a lot of patience. Adding muscle is like watching grass grow. Only grass grows a lot faster than building muscle. :>)

@hmxr715 You are right bro, you can add muscle really fast with a dirty bulk but you will also pack a lot of fat that you would have to lose later on the road, so quality clean muscle is really hard to get, but it's even harder to cut without losing muscle, that takes a lot more patience, muscle building is heaven, cutting is lower than hell.

hi guys, i was wondering what machine phil heath was using for the last exercise, the cable pulldown, because when i went to check on wiki, they gave me the lat pulldown, not the cable pulldown, and am wondering if their the same.

An answer would be greatly appreciated.

Just imagine what the thoughts of two best bodybuilders today Jay Cutler and Phil Heath. What is Jay Cutler's thoughts about losing Mr Olympia 2011 to Phil Heath could there be a comeback for Jay in 2012 or could Phil Heath win Mr Olympia for the next 8 years just like Ronnie Coleman. After Phil Heath won the Mr Olympia trophy. Imagine the reaction from the white community after the disappointment of Jay cutler 4-Time Mr Olympia winning streak come to an end. "Oh great, another Ronnie Coleman!"
