@ colin: a non- newton fluid is a fluid that has both liquid and solid particles in it from what i know. put it under a base and it vibrates the fluid causing it to harden. hence the parts the moved when he blew.

The ingrediants are Cornstarch and Water

The cornstarch is availible at any grocery store, in the same aisle as flour and sugar.

You'll notice that it's hard to stir. This is because this type of matter changes it's hardness based on the pressure exerted on it, instead of temperature.. Holding it in your hand and molding it will cause it to feel very hard and solid, but releasing pressure on it at all causes it to melt back into a fluid quickly.
