The reason they don't care to intervene in the Middle East is that they are engaged rather fully throughout Africa (in former colonies and others) to control their energy supplies (both Uranium and oil).

So, from 2000 through 2008 there was no regulation and we've all seen the catastrophes of this from a bankrupted economy to the BP oil spill. As a 19-year-old, I feel that I am too young to vote. Altough I am in the 1% of people my age informed on the issues, I own no property and I pay no taxes. Unless one is contributiong to society, one should have no right to vote. Why should I be able to decide the way taxpayer money is spent?

So, from 2000 through 2008 there was no regulation and we've all seen the catastrophes of this from a bankrupted economy to the BP oil spill. Levin, Hannity, Wilkow, Rush, and the other wise minds who are on the air to, not piss off Americans, but to inform and educate us so that we can take a stand on our own. We as individuals are responsible for what happens in our country, Levin, Hannity and the rest can only do so much. We need to do our part and educate ourselves and then spread the word to others and when it's time to vote that is where we make the difference. Getting involved is what it's all about. I would have voted for mccain in 2000. After the way he has represented himself since then there was no way I would vote for him. I have often said if it weren't for republicans I would probably be one.
