compared to dmc5 i'd have to say..... this is MUCH worst. it was made by capcom but but different teams of the company. i think if capcom ever continues making dmc games they will announce this 1 as a reboot. and as well as dmc 5 cuz it sucks sooooooooo badly.

does someone knows why in this one dante looks more serious? that´s because chronologically this is the forth game but is the 2° released....so here he is older than the others and he is like more mature that´s why he never plays with his pistols or make jokes...and DMC5 is a prequel (for those who were wondering) to DMC3 so that´s why he´s much younger

@PAPIRIPASTICO It's because back in 2001, Capcom seen the success of DMC1. And in their minds, they were like "we need to get a sequel out as soon as possible!!! DMC1 is selling like hot cakes!" That's when they turned a completely different game/project into DMC2. NO ONE from the DMC1 team was making DMC2.

One thing I disliked this game was the spelling. Some words after periods weren't even spaced. Brontomancer was spelled wrong in the enemy info thing.

I don't know, I kinda love Dante in this one, it's the same Dante, but more mature, and a tad aged. You could tell he secretly knows that he has to follow his fathers footsteps soon and he can't afford to be that reckless bad boy he was in the installments before. But in the end, Dante from DMC 1 rules. He is the king of cool in that one. What am I saying, I love EVERY Dante!
