  • wetin b this majek ?

  • @hyper10shun try and stay wit me for a moment if you can...the issue here is weda Majek's symptoms are a result of drug use or not as ferociously argued by ajm61 and my professional observation is that its a clear cut case of drug induced psychosis. Regardless of weda you accept it or not, its the harsh reality so stop whining and deal with it. Majek said recently that Michael Jackson was his son? you still dont think this is drugs? before you speculate about my professional circumstance, think.

  • Ajm61...Only a moron would say Majek is drug free. Im a drug worker in a rehab here in UK and this is a clear indication of drug induced psychosis caused by crack cocain or LSD also known as Acid. It makes you hallucinate and see things that arent there, it could be fun but the side effects is psychosis which is the case in Majek and lots of people in the Entertainment industry here in the west

  • @TheMackyo7 yeah yeah and we know how you nigerians treat patients with psychosis here in the uk the worst health workers are nigerians , terrrible attitude and backward in thinking. dont come here blabbing like u do a great job .i have seen it first hand how horrible nigeria drug workers and social services workers you are.All patients tell my organisation wat bad treatment they receive.Sorry but u really got me annoyed here.

  • what has calabar has to do with this.......?crazy

  • oyepa lawowo. May Osanobua guide and protect you from every trouble. The king of reggae in Nigera. Obaa tope e.... ise.

  • We all need t to pray for him. He needs all the help

  • Majek is one the gods of music. He is my elder's brother friend and use to come to our house in the 80's.He is great.

  • Its a shame met in NY and try to promote and manage him. This guy is far gone in whatever he is into. Heseriously need some real sacrifies to the gods or Jesus in his life to bring him back to what we call reasonable human being. But his raw talent is evident to see but as a human being! God help!

  • SO COOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. BENIN CITY FOR LIFE. THANKS. osazee 1

  • majek is a legend.but at times we allow wrong ways of life to rub us of the oportunity GOD has given us.i pray e lives long amen.fine guy i use to see him dod days wen i was at idia college close to his mums hus

  • iw onder ewhy he never had a Bini album before.good peice!!

  • THE GREAT BENIN.... go majek fashek ur a true music icon... i respect!

  • I am from edo state. I am really impressed.

  • This seemingly unrehearsed moment seems to be Majek's best performance ever!!!

  • i dont know if he ever released edo album, if not he should listen to that soul in the edo songs , brings a tear to my eye. beautiful

  • Dumb ass...what do you think it is...if you dont know what this is, then you must be either a sick juvenile or an insane attention deficient bitch.

  • Y the hostility? seriously!!!

  • THIS MUSIC REMIND OF MY YOUNG DAYS

  • From his drooling speech and squinting eyes, it will be difficult to count how many blunts Majek had rolled and smoked in the last one hour.I once met him in Inglewood at Veronica's kitchen. Boy, was he loud and lively!

  • This song is so touching. I was almost moved to tears when I heard it. Can any Edo person interprete for me? I know I'm from Benin but since I didn't grow up there, I cant really speak the language very well....

  • This is nothing but pure talent. I started listening to Majek since 87 he was the best and now he is still the best.

  • I love d way Majek speak Bini...This is somely beni sound & music

  • God bless you my brother majek. this jammin session was so moving

  • I have loved Majeks music since the send down the rain days. You are a rare talent.Keep the flag flying mate!

  • This benin song brings tears to my face!!

  • of course mj need help.u can tell he had poroblem.this guy can still come out w/the top song/album if he stop taking drugs.mj has already been know worldwide, is time he stand up and maintain that image

  • is there a site or forum where i can get his tour dates and venue. is he coming to houston or anywhere in texas

  • talented

  • nice song

  • The way that Majek connects with people is commendable, he speaks with honesty, wisdom, and joy!

  • Am happy to hear that he is vibrant and doing well. I really love his music and looking forward to him releasing his unique kind of music...I hope he comes around Boston soon.

  • Majek and I have been speaking every day:

He sends his "love and appreciation to everyone" that cared to comment about him!

  • My friend Lazarus and I met Majek in Atlanta this past weekend. Regardless of his appearance, we respected him as a MAN first with little knowledge about his talent. He recognized us as real individuals, and showed us the same respect. He shared his feelings about Hip Hop music, reggae, spirituality, and invited us to work with him on new music concepts...

As far as his health goes, he was vibrant the entire time we were talking, we pray that he remains well.

  • I read all the comments by my brothers. I must say that I am a huge fan of Majek but we must all agree that the guy has a drug problem. Denying it won't help him or his aids. He needs help and am glad as one of you said that he is getting help. It does not matter how much you are loyal to him. I am sad to see him like this...sad..we shld encourage him to continue with his recovery efforts..so that he can live long and make good music like he used to do.

  • You cannot stand from a distance and make such statement without facts...Majek has told the world that he has alcoholic problem...being an alcoholic is diffenrent from being a drug addict as you guys are ibsibuating....because you are so skinny does not make you HIV positive and or suffering from quashiokor....stop being an unqualified medical practitioner. If you are trully his fan, then pray for his recovery and stop spreading untruth about this genious.

  • am happy that you are as concerned about his health as I am. Just in case you don't know, alcohol is a drug. all am saying is that the guy is making the right move by treating his disease.. am also talking from my professional experience just to let you know (sillygirl985)

  • you are as stupid as you they come. i thought i could ve a mature arguement wit u but u re just like d rest of them. Am not gonna make any deriogatory comment about him cause am a huge fan of his. so hold ur peace cause i didnt even want to talk to you lowlife in d first place

  • I have been sive. You are one of those Nigerians that are scared of civilized conversations and or disagreement. You call yourself a fan. Fans respect and appreciate their legends. They dont call them names, or believe in innuendos. You have already made derogatory statements about an artist you dont even know beyond his works, by concluding he was a drug addict. Be wise, open your eyes. Make your opinion based on what you are privy to, not by "them say".

  • wat are u saying about glamorizing and crucifying musicians. The guy is a drug addict full stop. Is there any other way of putting it? if ther is i really would like u to tell me as i cant find a better way of putting it.

  • The question is have you ever seen him use drugs or you are still wallowing in ignorance. You are a victim of second hand poisoned information. You have been fooled by the "dem say" syndrome. Why dont you learn to appreciate his works?. Majek is known internationally. He has contributed immensly to Nigeria's pop culture. What have you done for your country?. Why dont you stop this hate condemnation of a fine artist and use your time to better the world.

  • @ayeforlife an addict or not didnt he deliver the message?

is Snoopy not an addict =? is He being criticized by his people?... Nigerians doesnt know the value of what they have until it is lost

Guy change your mindset and be proud of Nja product

  • Just to tell u ajm61 that i grew up in benin and was living in d same neigbhorhood with him. I used to be friends with his nephew who's dad was a drug dealer. watever u call a disease is called careless living and so does destroys talent. I assume u know him well enough to know that if it wasnt for the so called disease, he would ve been internationally recognise today. still a great artist no matter wat

  • It does not matter how you knew him in the past.you may be one of the few Nigerians that glamorize all these rap musicians with criminal records and murder charges, yet when it comes to your own, you crucify him.

  • everybody leaves in the same neighbourhood in benin so u guys say.u probably in ugbowo and he is in st- saviour but u think u know him.stop the hatred and embrace the talent thats in him.

  • raw talent but destroyed by drugs.

  • Did Majek ever use drugs before you or you are just living on assumptions and ignorance of actual facts?.Have you ever met him or socialised with him...He has not denied that he is an alcoholic and he is taking steps to threat this disease. Alcoholism is a disease and we must not condemn "raw talents" because of their illness. Do not be a part of false story tellers. Appreciate his talent and support his recovery efforts.

  • u not a true AYE man talking shit about a black broda.AYe stands for unity inblackness.drugs or no drugs MAJEK stands for pride in NIGERIA dispora.

  • wicked man!wicked!

  • raw talents....Majek Fashek
