Turbo was the best season in my book. & what's wrong with a child being a ranger? Does anyone else even know in dairanger, kibaranger/white ranger was a little boy?

it's funny hearing how some people say they hated turbo because it either almost killed PR, it sucked outright, Justin was annoying, the list goes on... but let's be honest, did we really give a damn about what nitpicks were here as a kid? all i remember are rangers morphing and fighting. that's it, and i still love turbo.
@Jungmin115 Because this was before they started changing the lineup annually. In Space was the last season to do that, since every season was a continuation of the last. Then when Lost Galaxy came around they started trading out the casts with new ones for each successive season. The Yellow Ranger's name was Ashley btw.
This was the WORST season, a little fun fact, this would have been the last season of PR but luckily someone saw that the constant staff change and putting a child in as a ranger was a mistake and not worth cancelling.
@aexxxon Actually the next season of Power Rangers which would be In Space, was already green lighted because they had already bought the licensing rights to Megaranger. In Space was scheduled to be the final season of power rangers but because it did so well in ratings and toy sales they continued with power rangers. But you are correct that this was a bad season not the worst though, Operation Overdrive now owns that title...but that was due to bad timing, bad editing and Carranger.
@WizardOfWor They didnt get rid of Justin because they just brought him on to the show so they needed some continuity in the show and unfortunately they decided to keep Justin but they realized that Justin was the wrong choice and decided to change cast roles for In Space, along with demoting TJ.
Anybody else find it odd that they never really had a transition episode after replacing 80% of the team? I mean, they get their powers at the very end of Passing the Torch, and by the next episode, it's like they've ALWAYS had them
@YoungK107 That was the original plan but Steve Cardinas who played Rocky actually broke his back during the filming of Zeo, which is what they used in the movie in a way to replace him.
@auron21 Steve Cardenas never actually hurt his back(him & Johnny Yong Bosch were also stunt people in the Turbo movie), he wanted to put all of his attention on his Dojo & he was written out with an "injury". Adam was suppose to take over Tommy's role as leader, him & Tanya weren't suppose to leave, but the writer's wrote them out without JYB's & Nakia Burisse's permission.
@queta89 actually I think he did hurt himself during the filming of zeo just before the filming of turbo, you are probably right in that it wasnt his back. I remember an interview somewhere saying he did get hurt though. You are right that he did want to concentrate on the dojo's and was ok with being replaced at the time. The writers felt that it would be better to replace the entire cast except Justin since everyone was getting ready to leave.

Also it makes it clear that it was made in the 90's when people thought trading a lovable nerdbot for a rapping street-bot would actually be a good idea. You could kind of tell how bad it was gonna be after that "movie" they did as an intro to this series.

CGI Morphs were way better second time around in my opinion. One smooth morphing motion versus 4 different shots per ranger (5 for Justin) spliced together.

This was the last team where everyone was a martial artist or some sort... ah the good 'ol days. And this team did not ruin the rangers.... they brought new life to the aging series!

2 thigns I never understood, why didn't they just use the same morphing sequence that the first team used and why did the second team morph with their right arms when in the movie, it was established that it was the wrong way to morph?
Cuz the first morphing sequence had more special effects and had more shots: one moving their armas apart, one with the belts on, one with the suit on but without the halmet and finally the halmet coming on...and that costs money I guess.

2 thigns I never understood, why didn't they just use the same morphing sequence that the first team used and why did the second team morph with their right arms when in the movie, it was established that it was the wrong way to morph?

Cuz the first morphing sequence had more special effects and had more shots: one moving their armas apart, one with the belts on, one with the suit on but without the halmet and finally the halmet coming on...and that costs money I guess.
