Your interiors seem well done although they could be proportioned better. The exterior of the "box" is dreadful. Try adding windows and a roof as well as some accents. The VoxelBox is not about doing things on the fly but taking time and effort as well as putting little details and flourishes into all of your builds. Over all it is ok but try to put that little something more into the creation to give it some more appeal. There are some great articles on the VB wiki if you want some ideas. PS i
That building at 0:30 looks awfully plain and box like. Try adding things such as a terrace, or a veranda to make it more complex and fleshed out. Other than that it is a great build.

your buildings need a bit more detail. a flat wall is a dead wall. try adding some windows and decor to the outside.
