  • how can you beat tetra?!?! shes stronger than the combined power of chuck norris, masterchief, and link

  • if you didnt like them dont bother downloading them!

  • Duh. This excuse is older than your MUGEN career. Even back then, that didn't work.

Today's offer: try another GENIUS response, and you'll earn more videos as your prize!

  • Apparently MUGENites can look into the future now.

  • Oh god yes NHK made another Asura Blade character

  • you may say his like ESX5, but ESX5 atleast made charactars with more decent sprites

  • True. But he has the same attitude

  • @truedondrago

well, im not defending ESX5 or saying that he has a batter attitude

  • I'M GONNA KILL YOU FOR MAKING THIS BEATDOWN ON THE GREATEST GAME!!! SSBB IS THE GREATEST FIGHTING GAME EVERS!!!!!!

and Btw....is.....is that.....Hinata From Rival School?

  • In that portrait? Yup. Fervicante's work.

  • I thought someone had made Lego Racer Mugen characters at first.

Noob question: What game is Goat from?

  • Asura Blade & Asura Buster

  • On the other hand, I don't think this makes him cheap, and I enjoyed seeing you use him so well, even in the face of such horrible characters as these. Nice fight, as usual.

  • I must disagree with the idea Goat being handicapped without his sword. The number of moves may decrease, but the normal moves all become far more effective attacks. As you showed us, they take his comboability from zilch to OMGWTFHAX level, they can almost all start his long and damaging combos easily, they have low startup time and safely low cooldown time, and to top it all off, the sword throw you have use to get them is, itself, very cheap (time = 0 unblockable up close, 16% dmg and safe).

  • When you remember that Goat's gameplay when using his sword is all about damaging clean hits and hard knockdowns, it surely is a handicap. If you don't know his entire "swordless" combo string, you'll mostly be screwed. And, about the sword throw, it was bad coded, and I fixed that (time = 1)

  • But his combos are easy to figure out and learn: they're just standard A>B>C>AB button sequences, mostly, with some jumps. Also, most of his knockdowns when armed don't even give you enough frame advantage to really capitalize on them with good okizeme (post-knockdown strategy), but when unarmed Goat does one of his massive combos, he DOES get to capitalize on the knockdown. Big time. Because it's the AB move, which gives him MASSIVE frame advantage.

Nice going with the fix, though.

  • Let's see:

Land part: his A>B>C>AB button sequences have tricks, like Spiderman in MvC: you can use any A, only CROUCHED B (his standing B is a short uppercut that works a bit like MvC launchers), only STANDING C (you can't connect AB after his sweep).

    *more*

  • *continues*

And, when jumping, all his moves besides AB are downwards, and AB itself only hits a bit upwards in the final frames, meaning that you have to be in the right place with a jump in the right time to hit all 4 moves. I missed the timing on the 2nd jump against Donkey Kong around 3 times - if it had a DECENT AI, I would be screwed.

  • Alright, I see what you mean. Still, I see so much more potential in Goat when he's unarmed than when he's not. At the very least, I think they're evenly matched. The fact that you really do get exponentially better oki with most of his unarmed combos than with most of his armed knockdowns is still a big advantage, and the fact that the same knockdowns that basically don't allow oki are also very unsafe on block means you have to be damn sure you're going to hit, which means looking harder.

  • Most of Goat's strong slashes are unsafe only when up close, and his range is VERY wide for his size. In a sense, we both are right, each at a given situation.

In fact, the hardest part on mastering Goat's gameplay is that his gameplay changes drastically when armed/unarmed. When you master both modes, you may change the whole strategy, making Goat the character of choice when it comes to tactics.

  • Good thinking. Man, this is why I like you. It feels good to be reminded that there are actually other people who are as smart as I am, if not smarter, and share the same interests, even if there aren't that many of us.

  • As I always say: "being right doesn't make the other person wrong - maybe both are right."

That's why I have opinions, but I don't point other people saying "RFLOLMAO U R RONG!". Maybe, in a sense (that sometimes isn't clear) they're right as well.

But certain things are, by any common sense, wrong, like our "friend" EvilOmegabrosX6

  • LOL EvilOmegabrosX6! That just slaps me on the knee!

    *heavy*

  • His next "digivolution" can either be:

    EvilOmegabrosX6 - with ESX5's powers

    Omegabrexus - with Alexlexus's powers

    Omegatenshi - with Ainotenshi's powers

    Omegasky79 - with Sky79's powers

And, if he continues, he may even fuse all that into EvilOmegabrexusTenshi79

  • @truedondrago

    Or it can be "ómegaIrmãos2000"

  • lol Gohan approves this.

  • These characters...

    I am saddened.

  • "nowadays, anyone can be a MUGEN creator, and I mean ANYONE. Even my dog - and I don't even have a dog"

    Ain't that the truth.

  • You too? I really shook the Youtube MUGEN beehive, haven't I?

  • @Chainsawdentist I'm afraid it's like that. I might say that you need to have a very strange kind of insanity to fight them and not puke. :/

  • Not really. I just didn't like the kid's behavior
