Yes all elements have fire retardant and also UV protection - all European certifications plus Isorast is the only ICF system in the world which has the certification for passive house construction. It is far more advanced than other ICF systems on the market today.
Good system, but wouldn't bet better than STYROSTONE; those 2 systems are very similar upon design, techniqes and efficiency, except against my opinion, STYROSTONE is better a little bit, and cheaper. However; future belongs to those systems, and one of my greatest secret which I haven't still got the answer is; why people in the USA still continue to build their wooden material homes, after all those hurricanes...
Your last question is my question too. Simply not understandable. Since building with Isorast is now the most cost efficient solution. The other system you mentioned Styrostone is not nearly close to isorast and its simple It can't. Because Isorast started ICF 38 years ago and has over 15 patents. Styrostone has none. You should think this way - the original is always better than a copy.
