They have made a game. "Game ni Natta yo! Dokuro-chan: Kenkō Shindan Daisakusen." It's for playstation 2 and was released only in Japan. It got a rating of 17+ for highly disturbing nudity and violence. The game I believe is like a visual novel... aka dating sim. There are also a few minigames in it though and there is a secret scene at the end if you complete all 5 mini games. It's similar to the TV show so be expected to see similar gags and recycled material. The End.
