@NinaGiavonni Actually, Jamaicans aren't brought up to be racist, it's when they travel, they face racism. How can one be racist, when in your own family, you may have a mixture of Chinese, Indian, Syrian, Irish blood? It is ludicrous to suggest they are subjected to the same messed up racist ideology as the US. Class is a factor left over from colonial days, but that's all. I grew up hearing my mum speak of Jamaica and its rich tapestry, which taught me tolerance in my own country England.
