How many people are incarcerated in the US Penal System? We ALL KNOW for a fact, that there IS abuse! Prisoners have DIED IN CUSTODY! Unnecessary strip searches to humiliate and abuse inmates.

Anyone with a bit of common sense KNOWS that prisoners are abused!

I'm not familiar with the Ed Brown thing, but there's too much luxury in some prisons. Criminals aren't scared of being arrested anymore. Violent criminals, at least, shouldn't be treated as well as they are.
