it is called a lightstar and it is street legal it is classified at a motor cycle but can be driven without the motor cycle endorsement it can go about 100 miles on a gallon of gas when you get up to speed the outriggers lift off the ground so u are on two wheels
i have a few friends that have them they are truly a blast

Depending on the year of manufacture it's either a Litestar or a Pulse. It was made by the Owosso Motor Car Company in Michigan.
